• Abnormal vaginal bleeding
(between periods, after sex or pelvic exam, after menopause)
• Increased vaginal discharge
• Pain in the pelvis
• Pain during sex
Early or pre-cancers of the cervix usually have no signs or symptoms. Symptoms generally occur when the cancer has advanced and invaded nearby tissue.
