Signs and Symptoms of
Preterm Labor
|
• Contractions every 10 minutes or less
• Low, dull backache
• Pelvic pressure — the feeling that your baby is pushing down
• Vaginal discharge or bleeding
• Cramps that feel like menstrual cramps
• Abdominal cramps with or without diarrhea
Should you experience any of these symptoms, call your health care provider for instructions, or go to the hospital right away.
