Office Coordinator
HEALTH CARE FOR ALL & COMMUNITY CATALYST
Health Care For All, Inc. is a leading Massachusetts consumer health care advocacy organization. Community Catalyst, Inc. is a national consumer health care advocacy organization. The two organizations share an administrative infrastructure and staff. We seek an Office Coordinator to maintain and coordinate the daily office operations of both Community Catalyst and Health Care for All.
QUALIFICATIONS
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to multi-task and excellent follow-up/follow-through skills
· Proficiency in basic computer skills including Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Experience answering multi-line phone
· Familiarity with office equipment and ability to lift 25lbs
· At least three years prior experience in similar role
· Associates degree or equivalent work experience
· Capacity to learn the ever changing business of both Community Catalyst and Health Care For All
· Commitment to the mission of Community Catalyst and Health Care for All.
· Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
· Ability to speak Spanish, Haitian Creole, or Portuguese strongly preferred
