Help Desk Support and
Data Management Coordinator

YouthBuild USA 

The Help Desk Coordinator is a full-time position with two major components: 1) to provide help desk support, troubleshooting, and training to local YouthBuild programs to submit data through YouthBuild USA’s web-based student tracking application and through the US Department of Labor’s YouthBuild Case Management Tool; 2) to assist and support the Associate Director for Data Management with tasks related to data collection and data management.
