Resident Engineers to monitor public construction projects statewide, including CM At Risk, new constructions, renovations, and environmental issues. Resident Engineers oversee and document daily ongoing construction to monitor job progress; ensure GC in compliance with project plans and specs; coordinate onsite testing with Designer; confer with all parties to maintain project quality control and ensure adherence to contract terms, applicable construction methods/procedures and safety requirements.

Preferred Qualifications: BS engineering and 8+ yrs supervisory construction exp. Thorough knowledge of building construction methods including CM At Risk and demonstrated knowledge of applicable state/federal codes.
