Executive Office Director
The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth is seeking an Executive Office Director for the Advancement Department. The Executive Office Director will undertake a wide range of complex managerial, organizational, administrative, and professional duties to ensure the successful operation of the office of the Vice Chancellor for Advancement. The incumbent plays a leadership role in developing and implementing policies and procedures for the day-to-day management of the office, and participates, as required in executive decision making, including labor relations/collective bargaining issues. Incumbent has oversight responsibility for scheduling, event coordination, information flow, work flow, and communication, and primary responsibility for ensuring the Vice Chancellor is well briefed and prepared for scheduled meetings, events, and routine executive functions. Bachelor’s Degree or demonstrated combination of education and/or equivalent experience required.
