For the immigrant community, it is a problem of documentation and legal status. It is also that people don’t have the courage to go for jobs outside the service industry because of the language barrier.

Because the opportunities aren’t there, the jobs aren’t there and the businesses aren’t brought to our neighborhoods because they are considered high crime areas. But the biggest problem is the lack of education so they get lower paying jobs. |
