Children’s Hospital Boston was recently awarded Magnet status, an exclusive designation developed by the American Nurses Credentialing Center to recognize health care organizations that exemplify nursing excellence. Only 5 percent of hospitals worldwide earn such recognition. Raulina Gomes, a senior administrative assistant at Citizens Bank, is on loan for three months to YouthBuild Boston, a nonprofit organization that improves opportunities for young people in the city by teaching them the skills they need to support themselves and lead productive lives.
